Owner and chef de cuisine Kristian Vico has had considerable experience, both as an apprentice and a fully trained chef, in well-known establishments. His varied mix of regional and Croatian dishes are a real highlight at the Bär. His wife Maren takes care of the hotel business and is responsible for service. They are both absolutely committed to making your stay at the Bär a happy one, with warm hospitality at a constantly high level.
